Terms and conditions

Welcome to ClosedOnSundays, operated by Pettycoutxre LTD. By accessing or purchasing tickets through our website or affiliate platforms (e.g. Fatsoma), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Event Entry & Tickets
- All attendees must be 18+. ID will be checked at the door. No ID = no entry, no refunds.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
- Entry times are strictly enforced. Last entry is 3 PM. No late admittance.
- Early Bird ticket holders must arrive before 1 PM to claim drink tokens (if applicable).
- VIP tickets include queue jump and additional perks as stated in the ticket description.
Behaviour & Safety
- We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour.
- Security staff have the right to refuse entry or remove any individual at their discretion.
- Attendees must respect the venue, staff, and one another.
- Intoxicated guests may be denied entry or asked to leave without refund.
Smoking & Vaping Policy
- Smoking is only permitted in the venue’s designated outdoor smoking area.
- Vaping is allowed throughout the venue, including inside.
Media & Photography
- By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use.
- Media captured during the event may be used on our social channels, website, or marketing content.
Lost Property
- ClosedOnSundays is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Contact us within 7 days of the event to inquire about lost property.
Changes & Cancellations
- We reserve the right to change event details (venue, time, lineup) with notice.
- If the event is cancelled, you will be notified via email and refunded in full.
- Force majeure events (e.g. extreme weather, public safety issues) may affect the event without liability.
Privacy & Data Collection
- We value your privacy. By subscribing to our newsletter or purchasing tickets, you consent to receive email communications about upcoming events, announcements, and special offers from ClosedOnSundays Ltd.
- Your email address and any other personal data will be securely stored and used solely for the purposes you’ve signed up for.
- We will never share, rent, or sell your information to third parties.
