At ClosedOnSundays, we strive to create an exceptional experience for all our guests. We understand that sometimes plans change, so please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets for our events.

1. Ticket Purchases

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

    • The event is cancelled or rescheduled.

    • You are unable to attend the event due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions. Proof may be required.​

2. Event Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that the ClosedOnSundays event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the event cancellation notice.

  • If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders can choose to either attend the new date or request a full refund.

 

3. Ticket Transfer/Name Change

  • Tickets are non-transferable to other individuals unless specified otherwise by event organisers.

  • We do not accept name changes for tickets once purchased.

 

4. Force Majeure

  • In the event of extreme circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or public safety issues, ClosedOnSundays reserves the right to cancel or modify the event.

  • In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation.

 

5. No Shows

  • If you fail to attend the event, no refunds will be issued.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not provided for guests who arrive late or miss any part of the event.

 

6. Refund Process

  • To request a refund for a cancelled event or other eligible reasons, please contact us at hello@closedsundays.co.uk with your ticket purchase details.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

7.Dress Code

  • All attendees are expected to adhere to the specified dress code as a condition of entry. This policy applies to all ticket holders, including General Admission, Early Bird, VIP, and complimentary RSVPs.

  • Failure to comply with the dress code may result in denied entry to the event without a refund.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
